User Agreement

1. General provisions

This User Agreement is a public offer under Articles 435 and 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. It governs use of the AITale platform at aitale.ru and is valid electronically without bilateral signature.

By registering, topping up a balance, purchasing a subscription or using the Platform, the User confirms full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Definitions

The Platform is AITale software and infrastructure providing access to third-party artificial-intelligence services. The User is a legally capable individual who has accepted this Agreement. The Account is the User's profile; the Balance is an internal accounting unit denominated in rubles; Content includes prompts, uploaded materials and generated results.

3. Acceptance and eligibility

Acceptance occurs through registration, payment or actual use. A User must be at least 18 years old or act with consent of a legal representative and must provide accurate registration information.

4. Subject of the Agreement

The Operator provides technical access to AI models for text, image, video, music and other content generation. The Operator is an intermediary and does not develop or control the third-party AI models.

Features, model availability, processing times and prices may change because they depend on external providers and technical conditions.

5. Registration and Account

• The User is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity performed through the Account.
• The User must promptly report unauthorized access to the Operator.
• One person may not create accounts to evade restrictions, obtain repeated bonuses or abuse promotions.

6. Payments and Balance

Services are prepaid. Charges are calculated according to the tariffs shown on the Platform when a request is sent. The payment provider processes bank-card data; the Operator does not store full card details.

Balance units are used only to pay for Platform services, are not electronic money, cannot be transferred to another User and do not accrue interest.

7. Rights and obligations of the Operator

• Provide access within the limits of the selected services and available third-party infrastructure.
• Maintain the Platform, perform maintenance and temporarily restrict access when technically necessary.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, law, third-party rights or security requirements.
• Change functionality, tariffs and this Agreement by publishing an updated version.

8. Rights and obligations of the User

• Use the Platform lawfully and pay for selected services.
• Verify generated results before relying on or publishing them.
• Ensure that prompts and uploaded content do not violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy or third-party terms.
• Observe technical limits and refrain from interfering with the Platform or bypassing access controls.

9. Usage restrictions

The Platform may not be used to create or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, extremist, violent, hateful, sexually exploitative or otherwise prohibited material; to impersonate others; to spread malware; to infringe rights; or to automate abusive access.

10. Intellectual property

Rights to the Platform interface, software, branding and materials belong to the Operator or their respective owners. Rights in uploaded and generated content are determined by applicable law and the terms of the relevant AI provider. The User grants the Operator the limited rights required to process requests and operate the service.

11. Liability and disclaimers

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive or unsuitable. It is provided without a guarantee of a specific result and must not replace professional medical, legal, financial or other advice.

The Operator is not liable for third-party service outages, actions outside its reasonable control, User decisions based on generated content or losses caused by the User's breach of this Agreement. Liability is limited as permitted by Russian law.

12. Refunds

If generation fails for a confirmed technical reason, the Platform may automatically return the related charge to the Balance. Other refund requests are reviewed individually and must be sent to the Operator's email with payment and Account details.

Services already properly rendered are non-refundable except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

13. Dispute resolution

The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through a written claim. The Operator responds within the period required by applicable law. Unresolved disputes are submitted to the competent court under Russian law.

14. Term and termination

The Agreement remains effective while the Account or Platform relationship exists. The User may stop using the Platform and request Account deletion. The Operator may terminate access for violations or when the service is discontinued, subject to applicable refund obligations.

15. Amendments

The Operator may update this Agreement. Changes take effect when the new version is published. Continued use constitutes acceptance; a User who disagrees must stop using the Platform.

16. Final provisions

Russian law applies. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force. The current version is published on this page.
