Consent to Personal Data Processing

Consent

I, the personal-data subject (the User), freely, voluntarily and in my own interest consent to the Operator's processing of my personal data under Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data on the terms below.

1. Operator information

The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Vladislav Aleksandrovich Yaroslavtsev, Taxpayer ID 613304590712, Primary State Registration Number 326619600051171. Requests may be sent to contact@aitale.ru.

2. Processing purposes

• Registration, authentication and Account administration.
• Provision of AITale features and processing of generation requests.
• Payments, transaction accounting, support and service communications.
• Security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and service improvement.
• Compliance with statutory obligations.

3. Personal data covered

• Email address, account and external-service identifiers.
• Technical data, IP address, browser/device information, cookies and logs.
• Payment and transaction information excluding full bank-card details.
• Prompts, files, generated content and support messages supplied through the Platform.

4. Permitted operations

The consent covers collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer where necessary to provide the service, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction.

5. Processing methods

Processing may be automated, non-automated or mixed, including transmission through information and telecommunications networks.

6. Processors and recipients

The Operator may engage hosting, infrastructure, payment, communication, analytics and selected AI providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes above and subject to applicable safeguards.

7. Consent term

Consent remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved, the applicable retention periods expire or the User withdraws consent, unless the Operator has another legal basis or a statutory duty to continue processing.

8. Withdrawal

Consent may be withdrawn by emailing contact@aitale.ru. The request should identify the User and the scope of the withdrawal. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully performed and may make some Platform functions unavailable.

9. Data-subject rights

• Receive information about the processing of personal data.
• Request correction, blocking or deletion where provided by law.
• Withdraw consent and challenge unlawful processing.
• Apply to the competent authority or a court to protect legal rights.

10. Final provisions

By selecting the relevant checkbox during registration, the User confirms that this consent and the Privacy Policy have been read in full, the purposes and conditions are understood, and consent is specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous.
