Delete AITale account

You can permanently delete your AITale account and associated data here.

All your account data, chats, generations and uploaded files will be deleted. Your balance and access to active services will be lost. This affects the app, website and linked bots. This action cannot be undone.

After confirmation, you will be signed out. Removing stored files may take some time.

Without access to your account, email contact@aitale.ru with the subject “Delete AITale account”. Include your account email or AITale user ID. Do not send your password. Support will verify ownership before deleting anything. Account deletion requests sent by email are processed within 10 calendar days.

Delete individual AITale data

You can delete an individual chat and its messages while keeping your account.

Sign in to your AITale account and open the chat section.
Open your chat history and find the conversation you want to delete.
Select the trash icon beside that conversation. The chat and its messages are removed from the AITale database as soon as the operation succeeds.

Your account, balance, other chats and generations are kept.
