AITale referral programme terms
2026-10-22-v4
1. Parties and participation
The operator is Individual Entrepreneur Vladislav Aleksandrovich Yaroslavtsev, INN 613304590712, OGRNIP 326619600051171, contact@aitale.ru. Participants must be adults independently providing information and user-acquisition services through a personal referral link. These terms are an offer to enter into a services contract governing remuneration, its use and bank payouts. Participants cannot represent AITale, conclude contracts on its behalf, collect its payments or act as its agents. Actual activities must comply with these conditions.
On the first dashboard visit, the participant sees a link to these rules and an “Accept rules and open dashboard” button. Clicking this button while authenticated constitutes full acceptance of the displayed version and concludes the contract electronically. Before acceptance, the dashboard is only a blocked preview. The operator records the authenticated account, terms version, acceptance time and available request details. Account credentials constitute the key to a simple electronic signature. Both parties recognise authenticated acceptance as signed by the participant and must keep access credentials confidential.
Existing referral links keep working regardless of dashboard visits or acceptance. Referrals and eligible payments continue to be tracked; lack of acceptance does not cancel accruals. Acceptance is required to manage the dashboard, convert remuneration to tokens or submit new bank payout requests. These terms do not retrospectively change existing rights or previously accepted requests.
2. Referral rewards
Remuneration for information and user-acquisition services equals 20% of an eligible confirmed payment recorded in RUB. One referral unit equals one rouble of remuneration for payout calculation; the balance itself is displayed without a currency symbol. This is programme accounting, not a payment instrument. It cannot be topped up or transferred to another participant. Self-referrals, fake accounts, artificial payments, spam and abuse are prohibited. Existing registration and referral-code rules determine attribution. System attribution, registration and payment records support the calculation and confirmation of the services result.
Previously credited token rewards remain in the main balance and cannot be claimed again or withdrawn. Lifetime statistics may include them. A full payment refund reverses its new wallet reward. Partial refunds and disputed transactions are reviewed manually before payout. Used rewards that are later reversed may create a negative referral balance offset by future earnings.
3. Token conversion
An explicitly confirmed conversion credits 1.1 tokens per available referral unit, including a 10% bonus, rounded down to 0.01 token. The preview shows the credit before confirmation. Conversion debits the referral balance and is irreversible. Tokens can only be spent on AITale services; they cannot be withdrawn or converted back. Applicable tax obligations are not waived by choosing tokens.
4. Bank payout requests
Bank payouts under this programme are limited to registered Russian NPD self-employed taxpayers or individual entrepreneurs. This is programme eligibility, not a claim that all payments to other individuals are prohibited by law. Other participants can convert rewards to tokens.
The minimum amount per bank payout request is RUB 1,000 (one thousand roubles). Participants with a smaller available balance can continue accumulating remuneration or convert it to tokens under section 3; this minimum does not apply to token conversion.
Provide your full legal name, individual tax ID, status, email, Russian bank BIC and your own bank account number. Entrepreneurs must use their business account. A card-linked account can receive a bank transfer; card numbers, expiry dates and CVC are not collected. One unit is paid as one RUB, without the token bonus. Details can be entered manually or supplied in a PDF, JPG or PNG file up to 2 MB containing the same information, including legal name and tax ID. Transaction history is not required. An administrator reviews the file manually; uploading it does not verify account ownership or tax status.
Creating a request reserves the amount; only one active request is permitted. Pending requests can be cancelled before processing. Cancellation or rejection releases the reserve once. The operator reviews requests within 10 working days and transfers payment manually within 5 working days after successful verification and receipt of required documents. These periods pause while requested information is outstanding. Rejection reasons appear in the dashboard. Recipient bank fees follow its tariffs.
5. Tax status and documents
Before each transfer, the operator checks NPD status with the Federal Tax Service or entrepreneur registration in EGRIP. A checkbox alone is insufficient. Participants must report loss of eligibility before payment. NPD recipients must meet applicable income limits, must not perform prohibited agency activities.
After receiving payment, NPD recipients must issue a My Tax receipt for the actual remuneration, identify the operator by INN 613304590712, and send it to contact@aitale.ru within the statutory deadline. Entrepreneurs without NPD supply proof of services, such as an acceptance certificate; entrepreneurs using NPD also issue the NPD receipt. The operator verifies and retains payment documentation. Participants meet their own applicable tax obligations; an ineligible tax treatment requires separate arrangements.
Self-employed taxpayers and entrepreneurs calculate and pay their own applicable taxes. When NPD is valid and lawfully applies to this income, the operator does not withhold personal income tax; a valid receipt is required for the insurance-contribution exemption. Payments for an active entrepreneur’s business services follow the applicable status and regime. The operator checks status and documents and retains any tax-agent or other duties imposed by law; contractual wording cannot transfer those duties to the participant. If status is lost or the regime is inapplicable, the bank request is rejected or separate lawful arrangements are required. Choosing tokens does not automatically exempt the remuneration from tax. A patent does not automatically extend the patent tax regime to every service: the participant determines the lawful tax treatment of this income and meets its requirements.
6. Invitations and advertising
Participants independently choose lawful ways to inform and attract users and organise their services without authority to act on behalf of the operator. The operator pays for verified results under section 2, does not guarantee a particular number of referrals or future earnings, and does not reimburse participant expenses unless separately agreed in writing in advance. Independence does not waive compliance with law or these terms.
Spam, messaging without required consent, deception, inaccurate claims about AITale, impersonation of the operator or its staff, infringement of content, trademark or personal-data rights, and advertising on resources where it is legally prohibited are forbidden. Participants must not promise discounts, returns, features or terms on behalf of AITale that the operator has not published or separately approved.
A public referral link or the contract title does not by itself determine whether material is advertising; its content and distribution context matter. Material qualifying as advertising requires prior written approval through contact@aitale.ru. Before publication, the parties agree on the material, placement, advertiser details, advertising identifier, labelling and required reporting. Participants perform the statutory duties of an advertising distributor where they hold that role; the operator retains its own statutory duties. Until approval, only lawful personal recommendations that do not constitute advertising in their actual context are allowed.
Participants retain evidence of lawful placements and required consents, together with applicable advertising-labelling and reporting records. On a reasoned request, they provide relevant links, materials and evidence within 5 working days, disclosing third-party personal data only on a lawful basis. On discovering a violation or receiving a reasoned notice, participants promptly stop the relevant distribution, take available steps to remove or correct it, and report the action to the operator.
7. Personal information
Identity, tax and banking details are processed to enter into and perform these terms and meet legal obligations, according to the AITale privacy policy. Only authorised personnel and, where necessary, banks or public authorities receive the data. Acceptance does not authorise marketing messages. Accounting records are retained for applicable statutory periods, generally at least five years. Deleting an account does not remove legally required records. Settle or cancel active payout requests before account deletion and contact support to settle any remaining referral balance.
8. Information, review and liability
Participants must provide accurate, current identity, tax-status, tax-regime eligibility, bank-account ownership and acquisition-method information. They promptly notify the operator of changes, loss of status, cancelled or corrected receipts and claims relating to their materials; matters affecting an upcoming payout must be reported before receipt. Required corrected documents must be provided within statutory deadlines.
On reasonable indications of a violation, the operator may request relevant evidence and review the request under section 4, explaining the grounds and information needed. A request may be rejected with reasons for unverified accruals, inaccurate bank details, ineligible status or established abuse. Review or rejection alone does not cancel legitimately earned balances; reserve release and accrual corrections follow sections 2 and 4. The operator cannot arbitrarily retain the entire balance or retrospectively remove established rights.
A party breaching its obligations compensates the other for losses caused by that breach as permitted and limited by Russian law. Participants may be liable for proven losses caused by inaccurate information, unlawful placements or failure to provide mandatory documents. A claim must identify the breach and substantiate the amount and causal connection; the participant may object. Disputed claims are not automatically debited from the referral balance. The operator’s taxes, public-law fines and other obligations are not automatically transferred to participants; recovery of related costs depends on the law and circumstances of the case.
The operator does not authorise unlawful conduct or contractually assume responsibility for every independent participant action towards third parties. This clause does not exclude the operator’s responsibility for its own acts or omissions or limit third-party rights or public authorities’ powers. The programme does not waive the operator’s mandatory tax, advertising, personal-data or other applicable duties.
9. Changes and contact
New versions are published before they apply and do not retrospectively change confirmed accruals or accepted requests. New requests require the current version; accepted versions are retained. Contact contact@aitale.ru for queries or disputes. Russian law applies subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules. The Russian text controls; this English translation is provided for convenience.
